- Helped set the Direction and Strategy of the business for the next few years and then created a short term action plan that focused on driving priority areas forward.
- We then worked on enhancing the Sales and Marketing Strategy, refreshed their key marketing messages, increased the sales team, improved the sales process and reporting systems.
