Our approach: working with Mark and his team along with some of our other growth specialists and contacts we:

  • Helped set the Direction and Strategy of the business for the next few years and then created a short term action plan that focused on driving priority areas forward.
  • We then worked on enhancing the Sales and Marketing Strategy, refreshed their key marketing messages, increased the sales team, improved the sales process and reporting systems.
  • A tactical Marketing Plan was developed to focus on generating more income from their existing client base and increasing the average sales value to improve profitability.
  • We realigned Roles and Responsibilities to fit with the business growth plan which created opportunities for some of the team to step up.
  • A Performance Management System was then introduced to underpin and support individual accountability, recognise individual contribution and improve productivity.
